To commemorate 30 years of being Miss Universe (1988), Bui Simon, President of Angels Wings Foundation awarded 30 most committed young Thai students 2018 educational scholarships. Students were selected from throughout mostly rural Thailand, including areas located in the north, northeast, south, central as well as in Bangkok. The program aims to offer vital opportunities for deserving students and create educational mentors who are committed to serving in rural areas and their own home municipalities.
